Firstly @GoFirstairways is the airline making our lives miserable... they make us pay premium price for direct flight then cancel the flight and give 8 Hrs flight as alternate or refund. Then some refund is eaten up by @makemytrip.
All are making free money looting customers.

@makemytrip When we book tickets via you & the airline cancels the flight, then a full refund is initiated by the airlines BUT WHY DO YOU NOT GIVE FULL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMERS?
As customers, we did not receive anything and are left hanging to pay more, then what charge?

On claim raised using your site you say Airline has refused but they have agreed to refund over mail. This means you are running away with money and not doing what is correct, probably you have taken money from Singapore Airlines but not refunding us.

As long as your data in system is incorrect nothing can help you.
