The BJP government in Uttarakhand ensured arrests within 24 hours, formed an SIT, conducted a strong prosecution, and provided support to the family justice was delivered through due process.

Yet Congress and Rahul Gandhi continue to play politics in the name of the deceased sister. The verdict is already out, but they keep stoking incomplete justice and unproven VIP angle narratives to exploit the family’s grief for political gain.

If justice is the goal, respect the court and the law. Stop weaponizing a victim’s memory for vote-bank politics.

Mohammad Saif, who was participating in Rahul Gandhi’s protest against SIR, himself admitted that he had voter IDs registered in both Delhi and Bihar. During the SIR process, his Bihar voter entry was correctly deleted after he confirmed that he resides in Delhi.

The same person is now protesting against SIR. Having one’s name on voter lists in two different places is wrong and should be removed Saif himself agreed with this. Yet Congress continues to oppose this clean-up exercise.
