Translated a short piece from Ernst Bloch, written in 1938. Entitled "Pessimism", and written on the 150th anniversary of Schopenhauer's birth here's the final paragraph, on what Marxists think of pessmism.

How would you say "solidarity forever" in Arabic? التضامن إلى الأبد is the closest I can find, but I don't know if I trust that translation. And would the Palestinian dialect of Levantine Arabic be different?
@LeavittAlone It looks fine! I would like to see it. I’m just a bit skeptical of the hype machine, and also reminded that my tastes and tolerance are not the same as everyone else’s haha. It just looks kinda tame!
Every time I see a clip from The Substance, my only thoughts are 1) wait that’s what’s making people throw up? that’s it? and 2) yeah I’ve seen The Shining and Carrie too, stop making me want to watch those instead
