Elon Musk is busy building flying cars, while Brand Bengaluru is turning cars into submarines! 🚗🌊🤦♂️
📍Panathur Underpass: Road or swimming pool?
A simple question to the authorities: @GBA_office@GBAChiefComm@ICCCBengaluru@osd_cmkarnataka@halairporttrfps
By when will this water be cleared and the underpass restored to a genuinely drivable condition? Residents need roads, not water sports and monsoon-made aquariums!

Commuters, plan your journey accordingly!
Just 2 km from #ORR, home to corporate offices of @intel, @Google, @Cisco, @amazon & @SanDiskJP, this is the state of basic infrastructure in Bengaluru’s IT hub!
Even after a decade, the Centre, State Govt & especially @SWRRLY@GBA_office have failed to deliver a Railway Underbridge (RUB) that works in all weather conditions.
Bengaluru deserves better!
Looks like #Roadster has some serious competition now! 🚤

The Wind Tunnel Road cleanup effort is proof that "you can just do things" also applies to fixing Bengaluru.
Hats off to @Virendra0698, Ravi (Assistant General Manager at BSWML of that ward), GBA for the JCBs + dump truck, @arunpaiblrwalks, and Jerry who led the onsite effort.
There is much more creativity in building software than people think. Also there is nothing to learn in how to use AI. If you know any language that's enough
Enough is enough. We mapped Bengaluru traffic to prove it is a huge civic and health risk that is taking lives and costing us lakhs just to exist here.
Some extremely sad data we found:
i) In a heart attack every 30 minutes of delay before treatment raises the risk of dying within a year by 7.5%. At 6 pm traffic here can add 25 minutes to an ambulance ride.
ii) Bengaluru has the most deaths from civic negligence in India. In August a 32 year old woman was killed when the bike she was on swerved around a pothole.
iii) Rush hour takes about a month of working hours from a commuter every year, like an 8% pay cut. Living near the tech parks to avoid it costs ₹1.6 to ₹2.4 lakh more a year in rent.
iv) You have access to only 3 out of 10 essential public facilities (schools, hospitals, toilets etc) at 6pm within a 30 minute vicinity.
v) The ORR carries more than double the traffic it can handle. Last year a company said it would leave Bellandur over 1.5 hour commutes and another state invited it within a day.
vi) The ORR bus lane cut bus trips by about 20 minutes. It was removed in 2022 for metro work and still is not back.
This is intolerable for a city that drives so much of India's economy. We cannot let India's Silicon Valley stall.
My team has put the most immediate fixes that will help solve this + how delayed/pushed they have been. Tag the people who can fix it: Traffic police or Namma Metro or GBA or the CM's office and let us all be honest and tell us what 6 pm has cost you.

Ambani should take this on as a matter of ego and build indigenous EVs and social media platforms with the money he wastes on celebrities dancing at his parties and watches gifted by his son.
This man is on a role!
First he initiated + oversaw the fixing of the footpaths on 12th Main.
Then he placed a call and got the trash on Wind Tunnel Road cleared.
fyi he's not a magician, he is just calling the right people via https://t.co/FIs33FNvTu
Hats off @Virendra0698
I used to drive past this spot twice a day on scooter from 2019 to 2024 to drop my wife off and pick her up from office.
It never got this bad.
Something has gone horribly wrong in Bengaluru's waste management system. That, or there is zero enforcement of illegal dumping laws.
Looking for a white person who can make a well-edited video of the road outside my house and put it up on Twitter. 4th block Koramangala. Remuneration will be provided by Twitter and has no cap.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, residents around haralur & Sarjapur in Bengaluru held a community walk demanding freedom from poor roads, garbage piles, broken footpaths and the traffic mess.
