A child can neither consent to sex nor to marriage so both are happening without the person's consent, in other words, the person is being forced (simplified for the male brain).

And if she can easily get a job in the other country, she should secure a job there before moving.

Shouldn't the parent who is more fit for it (fathers) be seen as the primary parent?

It is the same with women. Women are very famously called gold diggers and greedy if they look for financially stable men who can take care of them and their future children.
