My Sep exam books from @theicai have been stuck with @DTDCIndia for over a MONTH I updated my address as asked, called many times, and received the delivery OTP 3 time but no delivery. Now DTDC is lying, saying I requested a reschedule when their delivery agent never even called!

Meanwhile, @theicai just "raises tickets" with zero action. Today, @DTDCIndia’s helpline was incredibly rude, told me to self-collect from the Thane branch, refused branch info, and HUNG UP when I recorded their tone, blaming ME! Appalling service ruining student prep. @consaff
