@theRAC_uk I can’t believe you would allow this to happen & let weeks go by? Yet another phone call his morning where they have fobbed us off and given the wrong advice “but it’s okay cause it’s gone straight to the supervisor” 🤢
I can’t believe the drama the @theRAC_uk are causing in trying to repair our car, which they have damaged. It has been WEEKS. No one has been able to give us a straight answer, feeling completely fobbed off. There’s been a huge electrical fault, loss of earnings
@theRAC_uk we were advised this would all be rushed through internally for fear of “IMAGE DAMAGE” because the RAC are at fault, and yet, weeks have gone by without out the use of our car. A potential £3000 worth of damage, who in this economy can afford that!!!
Whilst I’m at it, @BulbUK , I’d like to know why you’re refusing to refund me £300 + when you sent a statement stating that I’d over paid. When I contacted customer services the advise was “thank you for that, we’ve now corrected it” -
Them to cover the costs, if their damage, did they then refuse, when asked to get a member of management to speak with us, did they also refuse & hang up? Leaving us with out a car but still charging us for cover. @TheRAC_UK
I’d like to know why I bothered taking out cover with @TheRAC_UK - they came to repair our key, but messed up the electrics in the process by touching the ECU so now it’s unable to be driven. Why, When advised by THEIR mechanics to call them to get it booked into a garage for
@EE why have I been told that I can no longer use Amazon prime as my smart benefit from oct 24th? I don’t want any of the other benefits as they don’t “benefit” me, I wouldn’t use them.
