Honestly you know what would be the best next move? @GovBillLee should announce that the state of Tennessee will not allow the feds to take any action against Covenant trucking in our state and tell the feds that the company is under our protection as a state. After that it would be beautiful if our AG @AGTennessee found a way to turn this back on the Feds for targeting a Tennessee business who was just attempting to follow the actual law of not hiring illegal immigrants. These actions by the Feds pose a risk to our state by making businesses fearful of verifying citizenship. That cannot stand!
