@easyJet it’s now 11 weeks since you lost my luggage and still you fail to communicate and discuss replacing my dive equipment. I even emailed 6 of the board of directors and still not a whisper. Clearly, you really don’t care ?

I’m starting to think that @easyjet don’t want to be held accountable for losing my dive equipment over 8 weeks ago. Just saying “someone will contact you” is unacceptable, on the basis they don’t!
What’s the next step @easyJet? Pay up or ignore me ?
@easyJet I have sent a dm. However, escalation doesn’t seem to work either. Just saying, “the dedicated team will contact you” is simply unacceptable. #easyjet#padi#scuba#lostluggage
@easyJet managed to loose all my dive equipment on a direct flight from Bristol to hurghada. It’s now been over 8 weeks and they’ve stopped replying to my claim 😡. Come on @easyJet
