@PonyKicker@patinaresearch i’m sure you *can* enjoy driving an EV, i’m talking about the guys that feel the need to constantly talk about how EV’s are better than anything as if they’re daily affirmations. they seem like they have to constantly convince themselves that they didn’t make the wrong choice.
@VNanon_ and it’s a crazy take to have considering 3 is chief’s most important story imo. he’s definitely the most expressive in 3 and bungie nailed that perfectly, and it came off as far more important than 343 chief’s expressiveness.
@ChrisHawkner@chipMFdubbo >art style change that made zero sense and was only explained by “nanobots”
>having a plan and executing it can be very different
>map packs are far more dlc than mtx (.ie. REQ’s)
>that explains blacklisting ONE guy, not the slew of other creators/community members for criticism
@lastchalice two things can be true at once, i think 343 did care about Halo, but they also cared too much about what THEY wanted to make Halo become instead of keeping the magic the OG games gave us. they had a passion at one point, but it was misplaced, and the feedback made them spiteful
@StonkSwinger@niccruzpatane dude my car sounds like a full auto rifle when i downshift, i’m never getting tired of this. yall make it seem like driving a manual is the hardest thing in the world or such a massive inconvenience when it’s not. i’ll always prefer a manual over a tesla slop machine
@tanpukunokami@GadsdenSerpent it’d probably be a tad awkward and possibly seem as a little rude if the rice was just for yourself, but if you made rice for everyone it’d make the BBQ even better
@xolotltolox@Microwave1999@HaloNoSprint if i remember correctly, the missions “The Heretic”, “The Arbiter”, and “The Oracle”. talking with Sesa and 343 Guilty Spark very clearly sets up The Great Schism and the Elites learning that The Prophets lied. i’m genuinely not asking to be a dick, but have you played H2 before?
@hellspartan94@Aiden985@HaloNoSprint@Scourg3y >Arbiter fails to protect Alpha Halo
>Elites start to figure out the Covenant is based on a lie
>Prophet of Regret literally gets beaten to death under the guard of the Elites
>Prophets replace Elites with Brutes
the story does a pretty good job of telling us why it happened
