One of my favorite lessons from building with AI: if the temperature is too high, it will invent a salmon+blueberry smoothie, and insist that it's correct.
I accidentally discovered that GPT-4o-mini recommends cheese way less often than GPT-4o when generating sandwiches. This is not a joke. I ran experiments. :)
@paulg Being insulated from the cost of offense is an underrated form of leverage. Pre-customer founders get a low-budget version of it, but when it lasts, it's not luck. :)
@ycombinator@agupta Minimum evolvable product is such a good framing. Early on, first user feedback feels overwhelming but grounding -- exactly because it drives the evolution 🦠
