@LloydsBank I started a switch to for the new customer offer, once I chose my benefits I got a ‘something went wrong’ message - never received confirmation of my account switch but did get an email asking me to choose my benefit again. Wouldn’t let me sign up again either.

@RevolutBusiness I can’t get into my account? On the app I am being told to click the ‘confirm’ button in email verification but this doesn’t exist. Also being told my PIN code is incorrect when I try and log in online, which it isn’t. How am I meant to fix this?
