Their phone's have moisture receptor tag under Sim that is obviously exposed to air. They'll reject your claims while your own has no damage or water exposure at all. @realmecareIN @realmeIndia

Biggest shock was to see how the attendees were making faces, laughing & judging their own customers! Poor behaviour, poor service. 10s of customers were in queue for this same issue, shameless attitude towards customer for their own poor updates and hardware #realme #pmo

Biggest gimmick was they have moisture receptor under Sim tray that is obviously exposed with outside air, imagine poor tricks to reject customer's claims. They didn't even closed the phone properly back panel is open and exposed from all sides. Utter disappointment! #realme
