🔥🛢️Russia’s Omsk Oil Refinery, the country’s largest and arguably its most valuable refinery, was attacked by Ukrainian drones.
The plant has a capacity of around 20.5–21 million tons of crude oil per year, or roughly 420,000 barrels per day, accounting for about 8% of Russia’s total oil refining volume.

RUSSIANS ARE JUMPING OFF A SINKING SHIP
On June 26, the Russian-installed authorities in Crimea did something they have avoided for four years of war: they declared a state of emergency across the entire peninsula, Sevastopol included.
Read what that actually means. Under emergency powers, occupation authorities can now restrict freedom of movement, shut down businesses, and carry out forced evacuations. This is not rhetoric. This is the legal machinery of a rear base that has stopped functioning.
The numbers tell the story better than any statement from Aksyonov or Razvozhaev:
→ Over 2,400 vehicles queued at the Kerch bridge, with satellite imagery showing the tailback stretching more than 10 kilometres — and reports from the ground now describe waits far longer than the official five-hour estimate
→ Fuel now rationed to government agencies only — ordinary Crimeans and businesses get nothing
→ Sevastopol under rolling blackouts for days, because repair crews keep getting pulled off the grid by air raid sirens
→ Ferries cancelled. Street lighting switched off. Outdoor gatherings banned.
Sevastopol is not just any city. It is the home of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet — the crown jewel Moscow annexed the peninsula to keep in 1783, and again in 2014. And now the people living in the shadow of that naval base are doing what sailors have always known to do when the hull starts taking on water: they are jumping off a sinking ship.
This is what happens when you turn a peninsula into a forward logistics hub for an occupying army and then lose the ability to defend its power grid, its fuel supply, and its bridge. What began as queues has become something closer to a stampede.
I have argued for months that the Reagan Playbook is the correct one here: you do not need to defeat Russia in a single decisive battle. You bleed the rear. You make the cost of holding occupied territory exceed the value of holding it. Reagan did not need to invade Moscow to break the Soviet economy — he made the periphery unsustainable until the center could no longer subsidize it.
Crimea is now that periphery. The bridge queues are not tourists going home. They are the visible edge of a strategic collapse — logistics, morale, and administrative control unraveling in exactly the sequence you would predict. When the people garrisoning a naval base start fleeing overland rather than trust the fleet to protect them, you are not looking at a difficult season. You are looking at a sinking ship.
Below is a picture of Russians fleeing Sevastopol , Crimea.

CRIMEA IS RUSSIA’S FUTURE: THE LABORATORY OF A LOGISTICAL COLLAPSE! 🇷🇺❌🚜🍋
Kremlin propaganda is still desperately trying to convince the domestic audience that everything is under control. But anyone who wants to see what Russia will look like in a matter of months doesn't need to listen to self-proclaimed experts—they just need to look at Crimea. The occupied peninsula has officially become a live laboratory for the total decomposition of an empire's logistical capacity.
The breakdown of basic state functions:
🛑 Industry and Agriculture Paralyzed: Near Belogorsk, one of the peninsula’s largest stone quarries has been forced to shut down entirely due to a complete lack of fuel. Surrounding grain fields are left unharvested because agricultural machinery has run dry. Russian agricultural unions are already warning of systemic delays and shortages in milk, eggs, and fresh produce.
🔌 The Grid Goes Dark: Compounding the dry pumps, Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces have systematically neutralized 37 electrical substations and power hubs in just five days. The results are cascading blackouts, fractured mobile and internet networks, and failing water supplies.
⚔️ Military vs. Civilian Cannibalization: This highlights Ukraine’s shifting strategic posture. By targeting the vital tissue holding the war machine together—refineries (42.7% already disabled), substations, and transport links—Ukraine is forcing the Kremlin into an impossible equation. The remaining fuel must be rationed between tanks at the front, emergency services, and domestic food production.
My take:This is the ultimate execution of modern asymmetric attrition. The Russian military is now locked in a zero-sum competition with its own civilian population for the exact same drops of diesel. The longer Ukraine chokes these logistical choke points, the faster Moscow is forced to cannibalize its own domestic economy just to keep bodies moving westward. What is happening in Crimea today is a direct preview of the systemic failure awaiting the rest of the Russian Federation. The mathematics of attrition remain absolute! ⏳🦅🇺🇦

Last night, the Russian regime once again blindly attacked civilians from the air, with over 400 drones and missiles attacking the capital.
Ukraine urgently needs more air defence. We will discuss it this week in Ankara at the @NATO Summit.
Last week we provided the first €4 billion under our €90 billion loan, to strengthen Ukraine's defence with advanced drone technology.
More is coming very soon.
And we are working hard to seal the deal on the 21st sanctions package in the next days.
We will keep increasing the pressure until Russia ends the bloodshed.
Last night, Kyiv came under a massive Russian attack. Russia launched 68 missiles and 351 attack drones. Response efforts are still underway. Damage has been recorded at more than 10 locations across the city, including residential buildings. All necessary services are on the ground, doing everything possible to rescue people and provide assistance to everyone who needs it. So far, 64 people have been rescued, including two children. As of now, it has been confirmed that, tragically, eleven people were killed in this attack. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Around 60 more people were injured.
In the Kyiv region, sixteen people were injured and three people were killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. A fire is still burning at the site of the missile strike in Vyshneve. People are being evacuated from a residential area. More than 400 first responders and police officers have been deployed to deal with the aftermath of the attack.
Our warriors performed well today in intercepting drones and cruise missiles, but unfortunately not Russian ballistic missiles. And the reason lies in the insufficient supply of interceptor missiles. It is critically important that the world – first and foremost the United States and our European partners – come out of the NATO Summit in Ankara with strong decisions in support of our air defense, and thus the protection of ordinary people’s lives. As long as Patriot missiles remain in our allies' stockpiles, Russia is only encouraged to keep “vanquishing” residential buildings. The United States and Europe have enough strength to stop this terror.
@jurgen_nauditt They are consuming their future and dumping their young men to keep their stupid and lost war going for another few months. It's sad and sickening.
I’m listening to an interview with a Russian Su-34 pilot who has been taking part in the war against Ukraine since the very first days.
🔴 He claims to have 1,400 combat sorties.
The interview is more than 3 hours long. Some interesting points:
🔴 The Su-34 does not have secure, encrypted radio communications; according to him, this only appeared on the Su-34M.
🔴 On a standard Su-34, he mostly carried out missions using unguided munitions, while Su-34M aircraft, with secure communications, were used for missions involving the suppression of Ukrainian air defenses.
🔴 I don’t know how accurate this is, but according to him, on the very first night of the war he was sent to fly at 6,000 meters over Kyiv without a specific mission, then ordered to return. On the way back, he saw missiles heading toward Kyiv. He says he was used as bait to provoke Ukrainian air defenses and then strike them with missiles afterward. Knowing Russian command practices, this sounds plausible. According to him, older Su-34s were used in this way more than once.
🔴 He praises Ukrainian air defense, saying it is very well organized and decentralized.
🔴 The Buk-M1 was, in his view, the most effective Ukrainian air defense system in the early phase of the war. He does not give exact figures, but it becomes clear that Russian Air Force losses were much higher than what is commonly reported online, and a major share of that was due to the Buk system.
🔴 Ukrainian Buk units quickly changed positions and mounted their systems on semi-trucks, which significantly improved their mobility and speed of redeployment.
🔴 He also describes Ukrainian air defense tactics in an interesting way. According to him, Ukrainians realized they did not need to shoot down every enemy aircraft; instead, their goal was to down a few aircraft each time, and over time this created a cumulative effect. As a result, his combat group reportedly lost half of its aircraft during the battles for Kyiv (though he does not specify the unit size—whether a squadron or a regiment).
👍I’ll continue listening and taking notes throughout the day when I have time.

THE BOMBSHELL: FINLAND’S NOKIA 5G TECH POWERING UKRAINE’S DEEP DRONE STRIKES – PENTAGON & NATO LINING UP! 🇫🇮🛸🇺🇦
It turns out the driving force behind Ukraine’s devastating deep-strike drone campaign isn’t just tactical grit—it’s cutting-edge Finnish tech. National media (Iltalehti) has just revealed that Nokia’s tactical 5G networks are actively being used on the front lines to command and control Ukrainian drones deep inside enemy territory!
International security sources confirm that Russian electronic warfare (EW) units have completely failed to jam or disrupt Nokia’s highly resilient 5G signals.
Why this is a monumental geopolitical shift:
📡 Unjammable Deep-Strike Range: Nokia has scaled and fortified its tactical 5G signal, allowing Ukrainian long-range drones to maintain redundant, high-bandwidth connectivity far behind Russian lines.
🇺🇸 Pentagon Replacing Huawei: The US Department of Defense has long blacklisted China's Huawei as a proxy for the PLA. To counter Chinese influence, the US military is now aggressively partnering with Nokia and Lockheed Martin to standardize secure military 5G based on Pentagon blueprints.
🇹🇷 Massive NATO Contracts Imminent: NATO has formally invited Nokia to its upcoming Defense Industry Forum in Ankara this Tuesday. Multiple alliance members, heavily led by the US, are preparing to sign major contracts after witnessing Nokia's battle-tested performance against Russia.
My take:This is the live validation of why the Western alliance system remains structurally unbeatable, exactly as Prof. Ikenberry argues. The synergy between Western private tech giants and military doctrine is lightyears ahead of anything Moscow or Beijing can field.
While Russia bleeds out its economy to buy obsolete North Korean artillery, Ukraine and NATO are integrating next-generation 5G data links. Putin’s forces are fighting a 20th-century war of attrition against invisible, algorithmically driven drone swarms powered by Finnish connectivity. The future of warfare is decentralized, autonomous, and connected by Nokia! ⏳🦅🇫🇮

Fa més de 40 anys que tenim dret a no ser discriminats per usar la nostra llengua en igualtat amb el castellà i les institucions ho han de fer possible. QUAN HO ARRIBAREM A VEURE?
Explosive night in St. Petersburg.
Ukrainian drones struck the port in St. Petersburg, setting an oil terminal on fire - one of the largest petroleum transshipment terminals on the Baltic Sea.
This is not the first attack on the facility. It is located approximately 1,100 km from the Ukrainian border.
By the way, St. Petersburg is putin’s hometown.
❗️Zelensky says Ukraine has reached the capacity to produce high-tech weapons at a scale that may exceed Russia’s long-term capabilities. At the Supreme Commander’s Staff meeting, he ordered the Foreign and Defense ministries to intensify work with partners on additional funding for Ukrainian arms production. The meeting also covered drones, missiles, EW systems, military equipment and faster production of ballistic and anti-ballistic systems. #Ukraine
DAY 7 OF THE 40-DAY CAMPAIGN: HOURS-LONG LINES AT RUSSIAN PUMPS AS DRONE STRIKES CRIPPLE ENERGOMASH! 📞🔥🇷🇺
Official reports are now confirming the scale of last night's operations. Ukrainian drones have struck deep into Russian territory, and the consequences are no longer confined to the front lines—they are actively paralyzing daily life inside Russia.
Here is the latest intelligence breakdown on the overnight strategic strikes:
💥 Energomash Plant Engulfed in Flames: Social media and Russian Telegram channels are flooded with footage showing massive blazes and smoke plumes rising from the Energomash facility in Belgorod (approx. 70 km from the border). This factory is a critical pillar of Russia's energy supply chain, manufacturing specialized equipment for power grids and the oil and gas sectors.
⚡ 13 Energy Hubs Liquidated in 48 Hours: Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) confirmed they successfully targeted 12 electrical substations and a gas distribution hub in occupied territories during a highly coordinated 48-hour window between July 1–2, aimed at isolating Crimea and severing military logistics.
My take – Chaos at the Russian Pumps:This has evolved past standard battlefield attrition into a structural macroeconomic crisis for Moscow. Ukraine’s relentless drone campaign against oil infrastructure has triggered a severe domestic fuel shortage. A vast majority of Russian regions have now been forced to implement strict fuel rationing, with ordinary Russians taking to social media to report hours-long lines just to fill up their tanks.
While the Kremlin attempts to manufacture panic with rumors of mass mobilizations, Ukraine is systematically dismantling Russia's economic engine from within. The clock is ticking, the gas stations are running dry, and the true cost of this invasion is finally hitting home for the Russian public! ⏳🦅 fuel
