I’d assume it’s just a simple calculation of off peak hours x cost + peak hours x cost?

@matteo_gobbi Please can you not remove the epg until the new is downloaded. I’m constantly seeing “no epg available” because the new epg is downloading and has deleted the current
What’s going on @Hyperoptic ? I signed up as it was already installed and said I’d be online in 2 minutes.. that was Friday. I’ve had an engineer out and now can’t activate, can someone look at ticket #3873273 please as I don’t know what’s happening
@BBCiPlayer when will @AppleTV get uhd support? Seems a bit odd that such a powerful device doesn’t have an updated app but lower end devices do have uhd support?

@SharkHomeUK Can I get a response? I've still not received my order. @RoyalMailHelp states it's delivered (clearly still in a warehouse) - and my replies are now being ignored on support tickets after being told I'd hear more within latest 9 days, which was on the 21st Feb!
