One of the worst experiences with the @bookingcom, booked a room for couple of nights with the breakfast, and couple of special requests they ignored all of them and charged me extra for the prices with the breakfast and now it’s saying there is not breakfast and I have to pay 💰

And while taking to the customer service, they just closed my call in the middle of the discussion and the person I was talking was more defensive and keep asking for the proof of the booking. It’s like I took screenshots of everything I do when I book online.
