Some action and some accountability is necessitated in this.

@_ayushrivastava, @debopriyomoulik and I filed this for @gangwalsamyak. We were led by Sr Adv Shyam Divan. PM CARES Fund and Union Of India to reply by 23rd April. This is @gangwalsamyak’s effort to bring transparency to a fund which is performing an important public duty.
Today, there were a lot of theatrics at the Supreme Court. This drama distracts from the real issue. The actions of the present and previous Chief Justices, and the impact of these actions upon democracy, require serious scrutiny and debate. A chronicle:

Wind up all the courts then, and let police deliver "similar justice" in all cases.
‘Constitution Day’ should be every day. There is no point having a token celebration of our Constitution on one day, while violating it in letter and spirit the rest of the year.
As we celebrate our Constitution today, do remember that democratically elected leaders in Kashmir are still in detention for nearly four months now, without charge.
To SG Mehta's submission that not only horse trading but the entire stable with Ajit Pawar has been taken away by other Pawar, Kapil Sibal said "the stable is still there, only the jockey (Ajit Pawar) has ran away."
