Everyone can now become a hedge fund manager. It's super simple:

1. Create your fund
2. Raise ETH
3. Start your journey on @base

@daosdotworld is basically a DAO platform which is aiming to onboard degens into Base.

Here’s how it works:

First DM the DW team to get accepted as a DAO manager. Once accepted, you can start the process:

• Create Fund

• Raise ETH → which then will be sent to the treasury under the DAO manager's control. (DAO Managers will use these funds to grow the DAO holdings)

• Mint tokens: daos world mints 1.1B tokens to represent the DAO’s treasury (1B tokens are distributed among the fundraisers and 100M tokens are added to a Uni V3 LP)

• Fees: DAO managers earn 0.4% of all trading volume on their tokens, plus a share of profits at fund expiry.

• Expiry: When the expiry date arrives, trading halts, and participants receive their portion of the treasury based on holdings. (DAO managers can extend the expiry date.)

Ways to Profit on the Platform

• DAO Managers: Earn fees on trading volume and a share of profits.

• WL Participants: Get to invest early with low risk, as Uni V3 is set above the mint price. (Pro tip: Try to be a WL participant and LP...)

• LPs: liquidity providers can make a fortune LPing these tokens, bcs they have small liq at the start. (+1k% APR easily)

1️⃣用户通过预售购买基金份额，为基金筹集初始资金。
2️⃣预售完成后，一个代币将在 Uniswap V3 上发布，并设置每笔交易 1% 的费用。
3️⃣在��期间，DAO 基金经理会使用预售筹集的资金���行交易，持续一段设定时间。
4️⃣当交易时间结束后，所有代币持有者会根据持有比例分配基金经理的交易收益（或亏损）。
5️⃣在基金经理进行交易的整个过程中，该代币会在 Uniswap 上交易。交易动态会影响基金的价值，从而改变代币的“真实”价格，帮助用户更好地做出交易决策。

• 单边流动性： 在 Uniswap 上启动资金池时，流动性是单边的（仅限基金代币）。这意味着参与预售的用户无法立即抛售代币——他们需要来自其他用户的流动性（ETH）来进行交易。

• DAO基金经理从 Uniswap V3 代币交易中赚取一部分费用。具体而言，经理可以从初始 LP（流动性提供）供应中赚取 0.4% 的所有费用，而平台赚取 0.6%。
