@Pray4Equity the Desktop business is ~8% of total company EBITDA assuming a 35-40% margin. not that simple of course with all this stuff, stock sell-off implying something worse than just that business being impacted.
@MattBrownM2 did exactly that. survivor is as much about picking against bad teams that just don’t have what it takes to win, as it is picking good teams to win.
@vanckzhu@MarcRuby interesting. he’s a smart guy, maybe he’s looking at other churn metrics. but hood’s reported churn is very low. and Gold members drive roughly half of revenue now (who i’d think do have low churn). maybe he talks about that in his post.
@SethWalder if you’re up 1 and score a TD to go up 7, what do the analytics say about going for 2? if you get it, you’re up two scores. if you don’t get it, you’re still up 7.
@KelseyLConway how was there zero follow up to this? by his logic the two options are 1) bengals kick a FG to go up by 3 with 10 seconds left and broncos have no TO… or 2) score to go up 7 giving broncos 1:30 remaining and 1 TO. it’s obvious what would be the better position for the bengals.
@RapSheet i don’t know that anybody can stand on the field and watch zac taylor and not say that he’s the dumbest head coach in the world.
- me, on my couch, that understands late game strategy better than an nfl head coach.
