I already had an active plan purchased directly on Hotstar. A new payment via Amazon Pay created a parallel subscription instead of extending validity (proof attached).
This is unfair billing. Requesting refund or validity adjustment.

A duplicate Premium subscription was created instead of extending the existing plan.
