For years, anti-Indian forces have been quick to amplify every challenge India faces, while often overlooking the country's remarkable achievements.

But facts speak louder than headlines. In just the last few weeks, India has witnessed milestone after milestone:

🚆 India's first indigenous hydrogen-powered passenger train flagged off.
🚀 Vikram-1, India's first privately developed orbital-class rocket, successfully launched.
🏅 Indian students topped global Olympiads in Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
🛰️ ISRO, DRDO and Indian innovators delivered breakthrough achievements in space, defence and deep technology.
🛣️ New expressways, next-generation infrastructure and indigenous defence platforms continued to strengthen the nation's capabilities.
💰 Defence production touched record highs, driven by the vision of 𝐀𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐫𝐛𝐡𝐚𝐫 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭.

This is the difference between those who constantly search for reasons to doubt India and those who are determined to build India.

Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, India is investing in science, technology, infrastructure, innovation, defence and human capital at an unprecedented pace. The country's rise is not built on slogans but on tangible achievements that are shaping the future.

இன்றைய தினம் காலை, கோயம்புத்தூர் இந்துஸ்தான் கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரியில், கோவை கொங்கு நண்பர்கள் சங்கம் சார்பில் நடைபெற்ற, 2025–2026 கல்வியாண்டில் 10 மற்றும் 12ஆம் வகுப்பு பொதுத்தேர்வில் அதிக மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்று சாதனை படைத்த மாணவ, மாணவியர்களுக்கான பாராட்டு விழாவில் கலந்து கொண்டு, அவர்களின் சாதனைகளைப் பாராட்டிப் பேசும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்ததில் மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன்.

A historic new frontier for India’s space journey!

At 11:30 AM today, Skyroot Aerospace will undertake the maiden orbital launch of Vikram-1, India’s first privately developed launch vehicle.

This four-stage rocket is designed to provide rapid and on-demand launch services. This mission highlights the talent, determination and entrepreneurial spirit of our youth. It also shows how our space-sector reforms are unlocking new opportunities for innovation and enterprise.

இன்று மாலை பொள்ளாச்சியில், @WTLFoundation சார்பில் நடைபெற்ற 'போதை இல்லா தமிழகம்' – We the Leaders மாநாட்டில் பங்கேற்று என்னுடைய கருத்துகளைப் பகிர்ந்து கொண்டதில் மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன். ஜூலை 2026 முழுவதும் 'White Band மாதம்' என்ற மக்கள் இயக்கத்தை முன்னெடுக்க, தமிழ்நாட்டின் அனைத்துப் பகுதிகளிலிருந்தும் திரண்டு வந்த ஆயிரக்கணக்கான We the Leaders தலைவர்கள், குழந்தைகள், பெண்கள், இளைஞர்கள், சகோதர, சகோதரிகள் மற்றும் பெரியவர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எனது மனமார்ந்த நன்றிகள். நமது இயக்கத்தில் இணைந்திருப்பவர்களில் 17% பெண்கள் என்பது, சமூக மாற்றத்தின் மீது மக்கள் வைத்திருக்கும் நம்பிக்கையின் மிகப்பெரிய சான்றாகும்.

தமிழ்நாட்டில் போதைப்பொருள் அச்சுறுத்தலுக்கு எதிராக சமரசமற்ற நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டிய நேரம் இது. போதைப்பொருளை ஒழிக்க வேண்டுமெனில் அதன் தேவையையே வேரோடு அழிக்க வேண்டும். இந்தப் போராட்டம் அரசின் பொறுப்பு மட்டுமல்ல; ஒவ்வொரு குடும்பமும், ஒவ்வொரு குடிமகனும் ஏற்க வேண்டிய சமூகப் பொறுப்பு. அதனால்தான் இனி ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் ஜூலை மாதம் "போதை விழிப்புணர்வு மாதம்" ஆகக் கடைப்பிடித்து, இந்த விழிப்புணர்வு இயக்கத்தை ஒவ்வொரு வீடு, தெரு, கிராமம், குடியிருப்பு மற்றும் கல்வி நிலையம் வரை எடுத்துச் செல்ல உறுதி எடுத்துள்ளோம்.

சமூக மாற்றம் போதை ஒழிப்போடு முடிவடைவதில்லை. ஆகஸ்ட் மாதம், "சுற்றுச்சூழல் பாதுகாப்பு மாதம்" ஆகக் கடைபிடித்து, தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 50 லட்சம் மரக்கன்றுகள் நடும் மக்கள் இயக்கத்தை முன்னெடுக்கிறோம். மேலும், வரும் அக்டோபர் 15, 2026, டாக்டர் ஏ.பி.ஜே. அப்துல் கலாம் அவர்களின் பிறந்த நாளில் "A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Centre for Ethics and Politics" தொடங்கப்பட்டு, நற்பண்புகளையும், சமூக மாற்றத்திற்கான பயிற்சியையும் கொடுத்து, 1.5 லட்சம் தலைவர்களை அடுத்த ஆண்டுக்குள் உருவாக்கும் பயணத்தைத் தொடங்குகிறோம்.

அடுத்த ஆறு மாதங்களில் We the Leaders இயக்கம், சமூகத்தின் பல முக்கிய பிரச்சினைகளுக்குத் தீர்வு காணும் வகையில் மக்களுடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றும். ஆக்கபூர்வமான விமர்சனங்கள் மூலம், ஆளும் அரசைப் பொறுப்பேற்கச் செய்வதோடு, மக்களின் நலனையே ஒரே குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டு செயல்படுவோம்.

மாற்றம் என்பது யாரோ ஒருவர் மட்டுமே உருவாக்குவது அல்ல; ஒவ்வொரு குடிமகனும் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பை ஏற்கும் தருணத்தில்தான் அது தொடங்குகிறது. பாதுகாப்பான, போதை இல்லாத, பசுமை நிறைந்த, நேர்மையான, வளர்ச்சியடைந்த தமிழ்நாட்டை நாம் அனைவரும் இணைந்து உருவாக்குவோம்.

தமிழகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த மூன்று தனியார் மருத்துவக் கல்லூரிகள், நிகர்நிலைப் பல்கலைக்கழக அந்தஸ்து பெற்ற விவகாரத்தில், மாணவர்களின் பாதிப்பு குறித்து நாங்கள் குறிப்பிட்ட அதே தகவல்களை, இன்று தமிழக சுகாதாரத்துறை அமைச்சர் அவர்களும் கூறியிருக்கிறார். எங்கள் சந்தேகத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்தியதற்கு அவருக்கு நன்றி. மேலும், தமிழக அரசு நீதிமன்றத்தை அணுக உள்ளதாக அறிவித்திருப்பது வரவேற்கத்தக்கது.

ஆனால், இந்த விவகாரத்தின் மிக முக்கியமான கேள்விக்கு அமைச்சர் இன்னும் பதிலளிக்கவில்லை. தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் எம்.ஜி.ஆர். மருத்துவப் பல்கலைக்கழகம் தடையில்லாச் சான்றிதழ் (NOC) வழங்கவில்லை என்று கூறியுள்ள நிலையில், பல்கலைக்கழக மானியக் குழு விதிகளின்படி 60 நாட்களுக்குள் தேவையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்படாதது ஏன்? அந்த நிர்வாகத் தவறுக்கு யார் பொறுப்பு? எந்த அலுவலர்கள் அல்லது அதிகாரிகள் தங்களின் கடமையைச் செய்யத் தவறினர்? இது வெறும் அலட்சியமா, அல்லது வேண்டுமென்றே செய்த நிர்வாகப் பிழையா? யாருடைய அழுத்தத்தின் காரணமாக இது நடந்தது?

இந்தக் கேள்விகளுக்கு தமிழக வெற்றிக் கழக அரசு தெளிவான பதிலை வழங்க வேண்டும். நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குத் தொடர்வது மட்டுமே போதாது. இந்த அலட்சியத்தால் மாநில ஒதுக்கீட்டில் 650 மருத்துவ இடங்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. குறிப்பாக 7.5% உள் ஒதுக்கீட்டின் கீழ் மருத்துவக் கல்விக் கனவுடன் இருக்கும் ஏழை, எளிய அரசுப் பள்ளி மாணவர்கள் நேரடியாக பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

எனவே, இந்த விவகாரத்தில் முழுமையான விசாரணை நடத்தி, தவறுக்கு காரணமானவர்கள் யார் என்பதை வெளிப்படையாகக் கண்டறிந்து, அவர்கள் எந்தப் பொறுப்பில் இருந்தாலும் கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். ஆயிரக்கணக்கான மாணவர்களின் எதிர்காலத்தை பாதித்த இந்த விவகாரத்தை, தவறுக்குக் காரணமானவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்காமல் கடந்து செல்ல முடியாது.
