Domestic flying in Australia isn't that cheap. But with a little help from miles and points it doesn't need to be expnesive either! Join me as I compare Economy and Business on the Spirit of Australia, each for an incredible price of only INR 3070: https://t.co/HykpMbdot0
@analyticflying@LalluPilot@scarceyyshawn@TIAG747 They shouldn’t have even been in Star Alliance in the first place. It was supposed to be Jet. But Lufty was pushed by GoI and so we end up where we are today.
In light of this development requesting folks at @qatarairways Privilege Club to move @flyPAL to the standard Avios award chart.
This route should be 20750 Avios in Eco and 62000 Avios in Biz. Not this worse that QFF level pricing 😭
@LiveFromALounge Yes that ik
PG, VA, etc. use the standard chart anyway and GA is only marginally more expensive, 1K Avios or so.
PR is the massive anomaly
@Kenu73 Airlines sign such agreements for network planning and development + RM not for loyalty. Interline just checks your luggage through nothing else. Even many codeshares won’t give you loyalty benefits. Depends on marketing airline, op airline and whether there’s a loyalty agreement
Reason number 100 why I love loyalty and credit cards (and IndusInd Avios in particular)
Is a little bit of flexibility required? Of course! But have that and see out of pocket expenses massively reduce, or access experiences that you would not pay cash for.
