@united We understand that issues can happen with the plane but please figure out how to place appropriate protocol when this happens and how to train/staff your team so that your loyal flyers can be communicated to about what’s going on and be compensated for our expenses/losses.
Never flying @united again - and recommend you don’t either. No agents at the gate, overnight flight delay and eventual cancellation without any communication to their flyers. And a joke of a $15 meal coupon to make up for our 10+ hours wasted at the airport
