Just finished @HilaryCottam#radicalhelp a really important book that points to the fundamental nature of networks and relationships in society. I will be taking a lot into my work within NHS transformation, as well as the role I can play within my local community! Great read!
My friend works in the NHS and her leadership appointed an external person to conduct a business and culture review. They have decided not to share the report, but rather their interpretation, and the feedback meeting was held outside of the teams working hours. Is this common?
