ME/CFS must have some really interesting disease mechanisms.

People starting with just ME/CFS spontaneously develop diseases like POTS and MCAS at a much higher rate.

Not to mention how PEM can make new symptoms appear and permanently worsen the illness.

We agree with this. Chronic fatigue syndrome describes a group of symptoms, not the actual illness. Moreover, CFS has been employed to minimise the severity of myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). It has, and still is, used by those who seek to harm #pwME #MEAwarenessWeek #ExposeMENow
