@Ocado delivery has come and nearly everything is ruined. Cracked eggs, totally squashed bread, broken tins of beans, leaking moisturiser, and a meal for a 40th birthday tomorrow completely unusable. Would normally just request refunds but this level of shoddy is unacceptable?

@bt_uk called to renegotiate contract as it’s about to end. Cheapest was £35/month. Sky is offering £25. So I’ve cancelled and moved to sky. You’ve instantly emailed me a renewal for £25? A 2 hour call with your associate who couldn’t reduce the price, then you offer it anyway?!

@TUIUK the app/manage my booking is showing the outstanding payment as higher than the total amount on email receipt. This is due to online discount not showing on manage my booking. How do we get this resolved?

@EE call to enquire about some packages, the advisor says hel call back. Instead he puts through an order we definitely don’t want, and haven’t said yes too. Try to cancel, that advisor says they’ll call back. Guess what, they didn’t. Shocking service.
