Every click holds more power than it seems.
A single malicious link.
A fake login page that looks perfectly real.
Or a pop-up hiding a ransomware payload behind one innocent-looking URL.

"Security isn’t just an afterthought. It’s a foundational principle.”
When @akshatshriv, the CEO of a data-driven company like @inciloIN, says this, it serves as a reminder that in fast-scaling environments, trust isn't a feature. It's the foundation.

As per Inc42 data, as many as 23 former @PhonePe employees have emerged as entrepreneurs and founded 22 startups. Let’s take a look 👀👇
For the uninitiated, a “mafia” refers to the network of founders and employees of a company that go on to start new businesses.
According to Anshuman Das of Longhouse Consulting, “The 1.0 of India’s startup mafia mostly emerged from Flipkart and Myntra. Almost 1 in every 4th startup founder or key executive till 2016-17 was from these two companies and several of them scaled up to be unicorns by 2020-21”.
“However, we did notice an emergence of a whole new set of entrepreneurs coming from the likes of Ola, OYO, Paytm, Swiggy, among others, who have done very well…The rise of these entrepreneurs beyond the old, famed club of Flipkart and Myntra clearly demonstrates the 2.0 of India’s startup mafia and a very strong testimony of the path to maturity of the ecosystem,” he added.
According to Das, today’s Indian founders — unlike previous generations of entrepreneurs — are exploring ideas that are far more indigenous, and the trend is expected to continue.
“This has also led to India leading the way for innovation in certain areas (such as fintech and SaaS),” he said.
What do you think drove PhonePe employees and made them such great fits to become future #entrepreneurs? Let us know your take in the comments 💭
