There is literally no example in recorded history to point to that fits this. Hence the term novel.

The anti super league stuff in the bill is INSANELY popular. Could there be some changes to it, sure. But if the B10 and SEC wanted those teams right now this provision wouldn't be in the bill

Do people overwhelmingly support enforceable rules in college sports-Yes
Did Lawyers and Judges prostitute the legal system to get us to this point-Yes

For years no one had any issues with the system while Judges made random rules, but now that the NCAA actually has Congress involved we all want to 2 sides it now?

I am ok with a limit but not 19. I was concerned and had a gut feeling many weeks ago that if it made it to the Senate floor they had the votes. Now it's nearing 80, which is stunning. So I am willing to accept reality even though I don't personally agree with the bill.
