The JPJePlate is mandatory only for new battery-powered and hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles (excluding motorcycles) delivered from today.

Saya masak 3-4 lauk yg agak banyak cukup untuk makan tengahari selama 2 minggu. Dah siap masak kemudian sejuk bekukan.
Setiap malam tanak nasi je.
Nak pergi kerja pilih la nak lauk mana dalam peti sejuk beku hari tu ikut selera.
Masak 1 kali, kemas 1 kali & penat pun cuma 1 kali.
