Yesterday I found out my six-year-old niece was made to pray as a Muslim in school.

I have told her what to say if it happens again: “I respect it, but I will not do it, because that is not my God and that is not my religion.”

Children should learn about different religions. They should never be forced to take part in prayers that are not their own. That is for the family, not the school.
