@holidayautos booked a SUV from Dollar through you 4 pick-up Vancouver yesterday. Only car was massive pick-up truck. They promised car swap at Victoria following day. This am Hertz in Vic refused/unable to help. Now stuck with gas guzzler (12mpg) and no boot for bags 😡Help.
