All i’ve heard is that it’s our fault!! You had the correct details and the car hire desk admitted you had got it wrong!! Shocking

@_holidayautos shocking!! I don’t get s call. i get the same what’s app message asking me to fill in the details that i have given you before. Your company left a blind man at the wrong terminal because of your incompetence!! @_holidayautos are a terrible firm

@holidayautos I have raised a complaint that has been disgustingly dealt with. I ordered a car with you online and provided the correct flight number. You arranged the car from the wrong terminal 2 not 1 ( Milan Airport) which caused us to have to get a train ( see below)
