The World Cup just ended, and billions of dollars flowed through prediction markets as traders priced the outcome in real time.
I built bayse-markets, a lightweight Python SDK for developers and quants building on the Bayse prediction market @baysemarkets .
Clean. Fast. Dead simple.
🐍 pip install bayse-markets
@sushikev@xngmarkets is bringing African stocks on-chain, starting with Nigerian equities.

I am happy to announce Hookdrop
This is for every developer and team who's ever debugged a Stripe or Paystack webhook by squinting at logs and praying.
Debugging webhooks shouldn't mean babysitting a provider dashboard.
hookdrop gives you a permanent URL, so every webhook that hits it shows up instantly, live.
Click it, see the full payload data, and verify their signature is actually real (most tools don't even do this part).
Then replay it straight to your localhost. No need to trigger from the provider again every time you fix a bug.

@iamnotstatic So if reading or watching long-form content no longer feels easy, how can one not get bored reading one?
If you have an answer, I'd appreciate it.
@iamnotstatic Great read. I created a problem for myself when I started looking for the easiest ways to get information from materials, preferring the 10-minute videos or short articles where I could get quick gratification and pat myself on the back. Still finding it hard to break the habit.

My son will never meet the version of me that built @newcampushq And honestly, I wouldn't want him to.
That version was useful. High urgency, always on, constantly thinking about cash flow, hiring, survival.
For a long time I thought that was just what ambition looked like.
Then I became a dad and started noticing how many behaviours that help you build a company become liabilities everywhere else. Impatience. Inability to switch off. Measuring self-worth through output.
A lot of immigrant founders escape poverty. Very few escape scarcity.
That survival wiring got me through the early years. But I'm not sure it's something I want passed down unchanged. Because scarcity isn't always financial.
Sometimes it's the inability to feel safe even after you've already built safety. I still care about building at scale.
But these days I think more about what gets transferred unintentionally. Not money. Not equity. Patterns.
Some patterns are useful for building companies. Just not for building families.
This is how I got 1M users in 6 months
Finally dropping it! It's 60 pages lol

I’m 16 and building an offline app called GearVault for photographers 📸
It helps store camera gear, lenses, accessories, serial numbers, receipt photos, and insurance claim documentation — all directly on your device.
Right now I have:
• 2 APK testers
• 2 Google Play testing emails
I need 20 more emails for Google Play testing + more photographers willing to test the app before launch.
If you want to help test GearVault, reply or DM me.

Most people think the stock market is random.
It’s not. It has a rhythm.
Here’s the pattern nobody tells you about 👇
Q1 (Jan – Mar)
New year, fresh money, fresh energy.
Everyone is excited. Investors rush in.
Stocks? They often take off
Q2 & Q3 (Apr – Sep)
Things cool down.
Less hype. More stability.
This is where patience is tested.
Q4 (Oct – Dec)
“Ember months” hit.
People start cashing out for holidays, travel, expenses.
Stocks? They often dip.
And that’s the opportunity most people miss.
Smart investors don’t chase hype…
They prepare during the dip.
Accumulate in Q4
Position early
Ride the momentum in Q1
Simple pattern. Powerful edge.
The market rewards those who understand timing, not just those who show up.
