@ATTHelp That's the problem, I have tried to call numerous times and the automated system hangs up on me saying that because I have not paid, my number has not been recognized. Haven't missed a payment (AutoPay) in 13 months. I need a representative.

@BenThePCGuy@deanleigh I picked up a Logitech Craft second hand that I love, but the battery is meh. Hard to beat the Microsoft Arc Keyboard for compactness, and ergonomics. And the battery life is like 5 months of daily use.
@TheWinkApp 2/2 I've just spent time CANCELING UNNECESSARY subscriptions. Why on Earth would I go for this at a time like this? An annual $19.95 option after your first year purchasing the hub would surely have more buy-in. C'mon folks, many of us are about to dump you after 5-6 good years.
@TheWinkApp 1/2 Understandably there are economic impacts & ethically you tout to be above usage data sale. Why not give 2 options? Enable opt-in for $4.99/mo to not have usage data sold. States prohibiting this action would be exempt. Looking for new hub if other options aren't offered...
