@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I just had a reservation cancelled by Airbnb with no explanation. I try to sign into my app but it says I’m locked out. I’ve called support 3x and they say I’ll get a call or email, 6 hours later nothing. How is this a possible experience?! No help, no reason
