@BBCRadioScot To Paul who was just on - age is absolutely not an excuse - pathetic to even suggest that it’s ok because people are if a certain age. Plenty of older men who know how behave so stop making excuses for those who don’t. Would hate to be his wife or daughter!
@ScotRail my cup holder & coffee cup have parted ways from my pram at Wishaw station (Glasgow bound) and are now at the edge of the tracks (disaster in more ways than one!). Don’t want them to cause any problems so thought I’d best report in case they need removed 🤦🏼♀️
@Avis Is it possible to begin the complaint process here and arrange a call back? Currently been on hold for over an hour and no indication of how long “shortly” is! Terrible customer service from the start
@nationalcares would like to extend a HUGE thank you to your staff at MLB airport for helping us out with a car seat. We had booked an infant seat with Avis which they were unable to provide & trying to give us an unsafe/potentially illegal(?) seat for a 5 month old
@Avis The car seat was unfortunately not the only issue we experienced so we will be raising a full complaint documenting all of our issues. I expect more of a resolution than simply being documented & reported so we’re probably better going through the complaints process
@TUIUK please pass on a huge thank you to your crew on today’s (8/7) GLA-MLB flight, particularly those in the premium cabin. First flight with a 5 month old made so much easier with a little help from a fantastic crew! ✈️
I missed the names of the 2 staff members in my stress but we’ll be cancelling our Avis preferred membership & you have our business in future! Thank you again for saving our holiday otherwise we’d still be stuck at the airport!

@parcelforce hi, I have a parcel out for delivery today after missing it on Friday. On Friday I got a 4 hour window, but nothing today just “out for delivery”. Is there any way of getting a window? I need to go out briefly but not sure when to go! Tracking no. IB8768788
