Oh and I traded-in an iPad and @AppleSupport says they've sent the credit, I've received nothing. Feels like they just take our money and there's nothing we can do. What happened to @apple customer experience?

I've now spent a few months trying to get an apple care issue dealt with, called 5x get placed on hold multiple times still being charged (2+ hours) @AppleSupport is no help. Thumbs down. Does the apple care dept even exist?

@VZWSupport Yes, i was provided a redemption code at POS and tried it at the rebate center site, it's telling me "Promo Code w/ the Order/Purchase date can’t be found. Please check your information and try again." Already tried chat they told me they couldn't access, then called, no success.

@VZWSupport When handing out rebate redemption information make sure redemption works. Now I have to spend time out of my day to figure it out and do it within the 30-day window that I was told to complete redemption in #verizoncustomerexperience
