My brother is in a similar situation and the banks are being useless, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and they’re still investigating. Any advice?

He’s lost over £20K and it’s been over a week in this unknown situation, with little to no support from ‘trusted’ banks and @metpoliceuk

He is STILL waiting for responses from NatWest and @StarlingBank fraud teams
@monzo have said there is nothing they can do, he’s had to escalate to FSO
