@Lufthansa_India I had booked June 6th flights to Canada via @makemytrip@makemytripcare which I had to cancel due to Covid. I am being told that Lufthansa is not processing cash refunds and hence refunds will only be to MMT wallet. (1/2)
(2/2) Please let me know why is this unrealistic restriction while refunding money back to your customers? I don't see myself travelling internationally anytime soon and have no use of any wallet money. I need the refund to happen in my bank account. Let me know my next steps
