@John_Lindgren Inflation is the direct result of Covid stimulus, PPP loans, and the Inflation Reduction Act. Add in tariffs and the new $5T in spending from the big beautiful bill and were cooked, it’s getting way way worse. Actual inflation is worse than what’s in the CPI numbers as well.

Physician shortage will get significantly worse after this but with 4 year lag. Medical residents get paid very little to begin with. We have to be getting close to an inflection point where the cost of education outweighs the benefits.
