You could literally:
> open Claude
> paste these 20 prompts
> do the work of an entire SEO agency
> pay $20/month instead of $10k
> outrank every competitor in your market
> make $100k/month
The math is a no brainer.
Why are people still not doing this?
this is f*cking gold
How to build your first AI agent (Full guide)
if I had this a year ago, I would've shipped my first app in a day instead of 2 weeks
in the right hands, this changes everything:
The real stress isn’t thinking you’re running out of time—it’s wasting the time you have.
•25–32 isn’t late, but playing it safe will make you feel like it is.
•You’re not behind, but if you don’t take risks now, you will be.
•The pressure isn’t the problem—your fear of making bold moves is.
You’re not out of time. You’re out of excuses.

Buying small businesses is crazy man.
Met a guy who took a course from someone he follows on YouTube, and was able to buy a “boring business” with not a lot of money out of pocket while keeping his w-2.
He was pretty quickly able to add a bunch of AI and software, and promote some key employees to management position so he wasn’t having to go to the facility at all.
He has since bought other brick and mortar businesses around the country with the first acquisitions cash flow, but has never really had to get too involved in any of them in particular.
By the time he left his w-2, the passive cash flow from them were bigger than his salary.
By the way, none of this happened.
@NickMaccini Being supportive is one thing, but constantly holding someone’s hand and showing them the in & outs is something else. If he’s truly your friend, you both should be able to have a real conversation, hear each other out, and move forward with mutual respect.
@txmadbuilder The ones who control the dirt control the price. Their business model is built to print nobody else comes close to their volume. They’re sitting on massive banks of entitled land ready to build. As long as there a society , this business will thrive.
you think building a brand is hard, but it’s not
what you’re calling “hard” is actually just fear
fear of judgment
fear of looking stupid
fear of nobody caring
everyone feels it before they hit publish
the ones who win just post anyway
@GrulkeLamonte@samjurrens Ever heard of takeoff monkey? They are a service provider that does construction take offs , just submit plans and payment and they send over takes offs .
@bluewmist Between 25 and 35, a man either builds his empire or becomes a footnote in someone else's story. This is the decade where you either conquer your demons or let them define you. No excuses, no second chances. The world doesn’t care about your potential—it only respects results.
It's quite simple, Senator: if you're more upset at the whistleblower than you are at the lawbreaking they revealed, you're not in a position to be questioning anybody's judgment.
The U.S Government goes $10 Billion dollars deeper in debt per day, which in turn is making you poorer
Today you woke up poorer than you were yesterday and you won’t realize it for a while, it’s a sick game bro
