SC Collegium recommends well-deserved appointment of Justice Chakradhari Sharan Singh as the Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court. If cleared by the government, the Patna HC would be getting a representation amongst High Court Chief Justices after almost 11 months.

@ashoswai Not really. They have been transferred for obvious reason like removing them from Delhi and posting them at different places. When an officer creates problem is transferred from a distant state to Delhi similarly, would you say similarly for Delhi then?

Supreme Court Collegium recommends elevation of Justice Dhulia and Justice J. B. Pardiwala (Gujarat HC Judge) as SC Judges. They happen to be 30th and 49th respectively in the overall seniority of High Court Judges. If elevated, Justice Pardiwala will go on to become the CJI.
