@ScotRail I've received the email now. What's the best way to complain about the poor service? Had a terrible experience and nonsense the so many people couldn't provide any help.
@ScotRail Bought ticket from Scotrail website ~2 weeks ago from Glasgow to Liverpool, selected option to collect via Smartcard and load it using Scotrail app. Didn't work, contacted you and was told to just activate the Smartcard at the station.

@Scotrail It shouldn't be that difficult to buy a ticket. I've bought my replacement ticket from the @thetrainline and will be using them in future to avoid giving any more money to @scotfail.

@Scotrail a £10 admin fee waived (as if I would pay to fix your mess?). I would be emailed and respond to it with my details for the refund. It's been over an hour and I still haven't received anything. How is this kind of mess possible?
