Kunle Afolayan Father shot and released this movie in 1983.

Think about that 1983.

It's a generation of Excellence.

[TOMBELLZ @TimiOgundare]

Kunle Afolayan shot a story of a serial killing investigations, shot a story about Nigerian Independence, a story about tribal wars, about Colonization, about abuse, about love.

All in one film.

October 1 is a genius experiment.

Someone produced October 1, Citation, The Figurine, The CEO, Phone Swap, Mokalik, etc., and you have the guts to say his movies are mid?

Honestly, ọpọlọ yìí ti kó virus.

You are one of his greatest problem! Awon weyrey!

[Oluwapelumi King Adeniyi @PelumiKing10]

@KingKhobee @NgMovies_Review I totally disagree with this. Same Citation that won Best international film at the French Film Festival?? Let's not add sentiments when arguing. It's okay not to like him and his movies but don't let that dislike misrepresent facts.

I’m so grateful to share that I’ve accepted the job offer and now work alongside The German Language School🤍

German has been such a beautiful journey for me , it’s opened doors, taught me discipline, and shown how much language can connect people. ( Read more below ).

it’s funny how we just give our own connotations to animal behavior, like what if the elephant was actually letting them know that they better not be here when they come back??

[HR Sis @seyithemie]

In a company of about 300 employees, 80% experienced reduced taxes, while only around 20% employees, particularly those earning strong 7 figures saw an increase. It’s also important to note that this company generally pays above the industry average.

The new tax laws mostly impacts the “high earners”, so the majority of people can stop worrying now.

[Ubon | Business Analyst @ubonanalyst]

Your first salary doesn't define your career trajectory.

I know people who:
- Started at ₦80k → Now making ₦900k (3 years later)
- Started at ₦120k → Now at ₦1.2M (5years later)

Your first job = Learning opportunity
Your second job = Leverage what you learned
Your third job = Get paid what you're worth

Don't reject ₦100k if it comes with real training.

Reject ₦100k if it comes with exploitation and zero growth.

Know the difference.

[Gbemisola Taiwo @MisolaofJesus]

This whole conversation just reminded me of something.

Someone tweeted that the reviews on TemuNG aren’t detailed enough, and it made sense immediately. I rely heavily on detailed reviews on TemuUK and SheinUK before I buy anything. I read everything. Long reviews, pictures, specific complaints. And most times, I get exactly what I expected.

But ask me when I’ve ever gone back to drop that same level of detailed criticism, especially when it’s negative.

Because once it’s not positive, it starts to feel like you’re doing too much. Like you’re tearing down someone’s business. Like you’re being wicked instead of helpful. So we keep quiet, or we say “it’s okay” and move on.

Which is funny, because this is exactly why people get defensive when criticism comes their way. We’ve decided that any negative feedback must be an attack, not information.

So when people point out gaps, it’s suddenly a problem. Not because the feedback is invalid, but because we don’t know how to receive it without taking it personally.
