CLAUDE.md 终于有人把最全用法讲清楚了

原来很多人用 Claude 这么久，其实只用了它20%的能力。

作者直接把 CLAUDE.md 的核心玩法摊开了——一个简单文件，就能让 Claude 每次打开会话都不再从零开始，记住你的偏好、规则和上下文。

CLAUDE.md 不是只有程序员才需要的东西。写手用它锁死自己的语气，营销人用它定义受众，研究者用它固定输出结构，老板用它把公司背景一次性喂给 Claude。

没有它，你每次都要重复解释自己；有了它，Claude 就像一个越来越懂你的长期同事。

作者分享的核心玩法很简单：

在项目文件夹里新建一个叫 CLAUDE.md 的文件（大写，无空格），然后把规则直接写进去就行。Claude Code 每次启动会自动读取它，不用额外操作。

里面最实用的几条（我挑我觉得最立刻能用的）：

• 干掉所有“Great question!”之类的废话，开场直接给答案

• 大动作前先列2-3个方案，让你选方向再执行

• 不确定的时候主动说“我不确定”，别自信满满地编

• 长度匹配任务需求，别简单问题写四段，长任务却只给骨架

• 改东西前先确认，别擅自大改文件

• 专注用户问的问题，别顺手“顺便优化”其他地方

• 每次结束时总结改了什么、没改什么

• 永远不替你做外部动作（发邮件、发帖、改数据库）除非你明确说 yes

作者还提到 Andrej Karpathy 那版爆火的 CLAUDE.md 里4条核心规则，基本可以直接抄进去。

我看完后的感觉是，这东西就像给 Claude 装了一个永久记忆体和行为守则。设置一次，后面每次使用都省一大堆重复劳动。
尤其是对重度用户来说，真的值得现在就建一个试试。

AI 工具越来越强，但真正决定你能用到什么程度的，是你愿不愿意把这些“幕后规则”先搭好。

CLAUDE.md 就是其中最简单、回报最高的一个。

做了一个小工具 reBacklog。

在做产品的时候，现在在 AI 加持下，交付不是最难的，而应该优先交付什么往往是没有头绪。很多时候都是靠拍脑袋猜下一步优先迭代什么。

reBacklog 可以通过 AI：
- 获取你的产品定位，市场定位，SWOT，目标客户群，竞品分析
- 如果你 授权集成了 Google Search Console，会通过你的产品流量表现，生成更准确的任务和优先级
- 生成业务对齐的任务卡片

我在过去几周直接拿生成的卡片丢给 AI 做，效果还不错。

卧槽，我真解决了让 Codex 连续工作 8 小时的问题，上下文都不会爆掉！

方案就是让 Claude Code 去当监工监督 Codex 干活，大概的步骤如下：

1. 首先要让 Codex 生成一个任务的 TODO List，就是那种能一步步完成的
2. 然后让 Codex 更新 Agents md 文件，加上说明，如果输入 continue，要读取 TODO 文件，去选取任务，执行后更新 TODO
3. 让 Claude Code 去执行命令：
> export TERM=xterm && codex exec "continue to next task" --full-auto

也就是 Claude Code 去启动 codex 并传入提示词 "continue to next task"

并且监控 codex 的执行，如果当前任务完成了，就杀掉进程，重新执行上面的指令下一个任务。

由于每次都是新的 session，所以 codex 的上下文每次用的不多，不会爆掉。

那么怎么保证 Claude Code 的 Context 不爆掉呢？毕竟codex输出的信息也不少

答案就是让 Claude Code 每次去启动 codex 和监控 codex 执行的时候，都起一个子 Agent，这样每个子 Agent 都有独立的上下文，主 Agent 只有子Agent完成的上下文，占用空间极小。

完整的提示词和运行效果在图1可以看到：
> 帮我在当前目录下，新开一个agent，使用 export TERM=xterm && codex exec "continue to next task" --full-auto 命令开启一个 codex 进程, 注意观察任务执行情况，如果当前任务完成(任务运行时间较长，可以多等一会)，就结束进程，然后重新开个agent运行相同指令让它继续
> 注意每次打开codex和监控它运行都调用一个新agent (Task Tool)来执行这个操作以避免主agent上下文太长

BTW: 监控 codex 执行这任务理论上来说 Gemini cli和 Codex cli 也能做，但是我没成功。

If you are building RAG systems and packing many data sources for retrieval, most likely there is some agency present at least at the data source selection for retrieval stage.

This is how MCP enriches the evolution of your Agentic RAG systems in such case (𝘱𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘵 2.):

𝟭. Analysis of the user query: we pass the original user query to a LLM based Agent for analysis. This is where:

➡️ The original query can be rewritten, sometimes multiple times to create either a single or multiple queries to be passed down the pipeline.
➡️ The agent decides if additional data sources are required to answer the query.

𝟮. If additional data is required, the Retrieval step is triggered. We could tap into variety of data types, few examples:

➡️ Real time user data.
➡️ Internal documents that a user might be interested in.
➡️ Data available on the web.
➡️ …

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗖𝗣 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻:

✅ Each data domain can manage their own MCP Servers. Exposing specific rules of how the data should be used.
✅ Security and compliance can be ensured on the Servel level for each domain.
✅ New data domains can be easily added to the MCP server pool in a standardised way with no Agent rewrite needed enabling decoupled evolution of the system in terms of 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹, 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝘆.
✅ Platform builders can expose their data in a standardised way to external consumers. Enabling easy access to data on the web.
✅ AI Engineers can continue to focus on the topology of the Agent.

𝟯. Retrieved data is consolidated and Reranked by a more powerful model compared to regular embedder. Data points are significantly narrowed down.
𝟰. If there is no need for additional data, we try to compose the answer (or multiple answers or a set of actions) straight via an LLM.
𝟱. The answer gets analyzed, summarized and evaluated for correctness and relevance:

➡️ If the Agent decides that the answer is good enough, it gets returned to the user.
➡️ If the Agent decides that the answer needs improvement, we try to rewrite the user query and repeat the generation loop.
