CAAS Writ Petition on Portal Glitches Update

1️⃣ Hon’ble Gujarat HC today disposed of the writs of ITBA, AGFTC & CAAS together, after granting interim indulgence on the specified date issue.

2️⃣ While others focused solely on date extension, CAAS had raised deeper issues — portal glitches, advance tax hardships, late utilities & accountability of CBDT.

3️⃣ Half battle won ✅ — taxpayers got clarity on specified date. But the real battle for structural reforms is just beginning. CAAS will file a fresh petition on the core issues. We need your support.
