It is frustrating and disappointing that there's no closure to this yet.
If order cannot be dispatched donot keep us hanging and cancel the order and refund the amount at the earliest
@SamsungIndia We placed an order for TV on 21st June and paid the amount upfront. However I am yet to receive it. Looks like the contact number was incorrect and delivery team was not able reach. I have been following with support multiple times , but no resolution on this yet.
