I built Naprevive to fix my sleep by putting myself under MAX pressure, fear of public humiliation, and I'm giving away a Kindle (or eq. $$$) if I fail! ๐ธ
The main idea here is to hold myself accountable towards my goal, get some real skin in the game by having a stake and document the journey. Here's how it works:
- I have to meet one simple goal for 28 days: waking up before 8 AM
- I have 3 hearts. If I fail a 3rd time, it's game over, and I have to give away a Kindle to one of the subscribers.
- It pulls my sleep data directly from my smartwatch (Garmin) and automatically posts it publicly.
I write a log every day in the journal section detailing my experience and learnings, documenting the entire process and letting followers be truly a part of it.
This whole idea only works if people like you are a part of it. So, you'd make my day by checking it out. Also, I'm a tiny profile, and my sleep habit is legendary-level messed up. So if you sign up, you'll actually have a high probability of winning a Kindle ๐
