@loser_town_@Sathclark@AntisepticMoose Irrelevant. The fact that some Muslims aren't radicals doesn't change the attributes fundamental to Islam that we talked about. They are still spreading & normalizing Islam and it is a non-negligible risk that even these currently ""normal"" Muslims radicalize. And look at the UK
@loser_town_@Sathclark@AntisepticMoose I agree that Christianity isn't squeaky clean in this regard, but "correct" Islam is much more explicitly violent and Islam has been spread by the sword for basically all of its history. The result of this is clearly visible in modern muslim and to equivocate is completely absurd
@loser_town_@Sathclark@AntisepticMoose "if the Jews or the Christian’s acted like the taliban" <- But they don't, that's the point you fucking retard. Almost as if Islam disproportionately spawns violence and fundamentalism in a way that Christianity does not.
@loser_town_@Sathclark@AntisepticMoose Then maybe she shouldn't be importing the "religion" (cult) that makes her home country a backwards shithole to begin with?
@natssauer It's easy to forget sometimes that the average person has never even taken, let alone remembers, the most basic intro-level math like Calc 1.
Hmm I wonder why the only widespread religions that have survived to the modern day are those which enforce modesty and discipline.
It's almost as if those are the basis of civilization, and this is a form of long-term societal natural selection at play.

I wish there was a popular religion that celebrates people enjoying life, eating delicious food (and believing that's a human right for everyone), relaxing, appreciating art, having pleasurable sex if they wish, *avoiding* pain & suffering as much as possible instead of this
@mediumdih@MentisWave The funniest part about your comment is that I never said anything in agreement with Mentis's point, just correcting your obviously flawed retort. Actual cult mentality.
"People" like you are why democracy doesn't work.
@mediumdih@MentisWave 1) One person can contribute more than one penny if they confuse the two concepts on multiple occassions

@manifestchud@CobsonsTopGuy_7 Downs people are usually the happiest and kindest MFs on the planet too. They mean well. Compare to troons who are almost always miserable and suicidal and in many cases violently so.
@WoodenScalpel@gfodor And? we're talking about convergence not what's ideal. Also I agree that 55% blue is "shown to be safe" for the reason I mentioned earlier. Participants may feel that it was closer than they expected, and worry that others feel the same, creating a self-fulfilling mass defection.
