@PirateSoftware to reiterate though, im not a patent lawyer, not a game dev, not a palworld player. even going back through the patent now im realising it DOES discuss videogames, just further down. i'll also just be keeping an eye out as the lawsuit develops to see if i guess is anywhere close

@hsr I appreciate these daily updates, even if that sounds kinda silly. it's nice that I can consistently check here and get an up-to-date answer to "are we there yet?" without actually needing to ask someone the question over and over. it's simple but goes a long way.

@KBeast707 @FrostyFaustings i got a lucky page refresh that let me scoop a 170/night 1 king. i was off venue for my first frosties last year and realised i just dont have the stamina to be in the venue for more than an hour or two at a time, so being able to come and go quickly was a must for me this year

@formerhero_ (2/2) on the flipside - if i saw the ending announcement and a link to the new alias, i wouldnt assume that former hero is any less "you" than the new alias, its just from a different point in time.

@formerhero_ (1/2) i guess it partly depends on what you want former hero to be when new listeners find it down the line. i think if i first found the name a few years from now, noticed no releases in a while, then found a renamed acc, id assume you were dissatisfied with it in some way.
